The hotel is located in the charming neighborhood of Belgravia, with several amazing restaurants nearby. Guests can easily reach the hotel as it is not far from the underground and Hyde Park Corner Tube station.
The breakfast is not buffet-style and is ridiculously expensive.

I was actually surprised by the perfect service at this luxury hotel. The staff were really good too make my stay nice. The attention to detail was really good, from the concierge helping with dinner reservations to the friendly doorman hailing cabs. The lounge was a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring, and the Americano coffee served there was fantastic. The intimate dining area created an exclusive atmosphere, and the food was superb. Despite some small drawbacks such as limited breakfast options and a small room size , overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff and service were excellent. The decor was beautiful, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially appreciated being able to use the Rolls Royce with a professional driver who gave us excellent advice on dining and places to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the staff were always helpful and polite. The location in the Belgravia neighborhood near Harrod shopping center was perfect for us, making it easy to access the shopping areas and other attractions. the breakfast was great, and the parking and transportation options were convenient.
